How long do I have to file a bicycle injury claim?

You have three years from the date of the accident to file a bicycle injury claim. If you are making a claim on behalf of a minor, you have until three years after they turn 18 to file the claim. Although many people contact us shortly after their cycle accident, it is important to be aware of these time limits to ensure your claim is valid.
