Can I cross the line at traffic light junctions and cycle-only crossings when the lights are red?

No, at traffic light junctions and cycle-only crossings, you must not cross the stop line when the traffic lights are red. Some junctions feature an advanced stop line that allows you to position yourself ahead of other traffic. While you may cross the first stop line when the lights are red, you must not cross the final stop line.
