Do I need to be visible at night while cycling?

Yes, visibility is crucial when cycling at night. Your bicycle must have white front lights and red rear lights illuminated. It must also be equipped with a red rear reflector and amber pedal reflectors if manufactured after October 1, 1985. Additionally, white front reflectors and spoke reflectors can further enhance your visibility. While flashing lights are allowed, it is recommended to use a steady front light when cycling in areas without street lighting.
