What should I do if a vehicle is blocking a cycle lane?

If a vehicle is blocking a cycle lane, cyclists should carefully manoeuvre around the obstruction if it is safe to do so. Report persistent obstructions to the local authority or police, providing details such as the vehicle’s registration number, location, and time of the incident. Highway Code Rule 140.
